LIVING LIFE WITH THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

Have you heard of the Law of Attraction?

My guess is you have! It became quite a buzzword over the past several years and while most everybody wants to incorporate it into their daily lives, most people have no idea where to start. 

The premise of the law of attraction is that like attracts like. Basically whatever you put out into the world will be what you attract. This means that your thoughts and your actions are POWERFUL and the world will reciprocate whatever energy you choose to put out. ✨

The idea that we are responsible for what happens in our worlds can feel overwhelming which is often times why people don't expand on this concept. But the truth is, when broken down, it's not a hard concept to live by and your life will flourish when you put your focus on putting out the energies you want back!

Here are some ways that you can incorporate the law of attraction into your life and practice it effectively: 

1. Positive Affirmations

By using positive affirmations you are able to reprogram your subconscious mind. Do this by creating statements in present tense about a reality you want to create such as “I am successful and financially secure”. 🙌

2. Practice Gratitude

Part of manifesting your desires is practicing gratitude. By expressing gratitude for what you already have in your life, you can shift your focus from what you lack to what you appreciate, which can attract more positive experiences. 🙏

3. Take Inspired Action

The Law of Attraction is not just about wishful thinking. If you want it to work, you have to put in the work and that means that it's essential to take action toward your goals. Be open to opportunities and take steps in alignment with your desires. 💪

4. Release Resistance

To get something you've never had, you will have to do something you've never done. This means you have to change your beliefs about being able to achieve your dreams. Let go of doubts, fears, and resistance that might hinder your progress. Adding in meditation, mindfulness, or similar practices can help release resistance. 🧘‍♀️

5. Keep a Manifestation Journal

It's important to acknowledge moments in your life where your work is being acknowledged by the universe. Use a journal to document your progress, successes, and moments when you see the Law of Attraction in action. This is a great way to have reminders of what has happened and use them to boost your confidence and motivation, especially when times feel hard. 📖

6. Believe In Yourself

Last but not least, the most important part of living a life of the law of attraction is self-belief. You must trust that you have the power to create positive changes in your life and believe that you are alone are powerful enough to create the life of your dreams. ✨
