My journey to clean living + healing
I started my clean living journey about 8 years ago, and what began as small, intentional changes quickly turned into questioning everything. Ingredients, products, food, lifestyle… one by one, things started to unravel. At the same time, my body was struggling in ways I couldn’t ignore. I was dealing with severe gut issues, PCOS, MTHFR, constant inflammation, and weight that wouldn’t budge no matter how “clean” I ate. My stomach hurt almost every time I ate, and something as simple as going out to dinner started to feel overwhelming. I remember feeling so isolated in moments that were supposed to feel normal — like birthdays, dinners with friends, or just being able to enjoy food without thinking about it.
Over the last few years, I’ve invested over $40,000 trying to figure out what was going on. Testing, protocols, doctors, treatments… I tried it all. Some things helped a little along the way, but nothing actually shifted what was happening in my body. It felt like I was doing everything “right” and still not getting answers, which is one of the most frustrating places to be. I kept feeling like there had to be something deeper going on, something I was missing.
In July 2025, I decided to try something different and started incorporating a new tool into my routine — very slowly and very intentionally. For the first time, my body actually began to respond. Not overnight, not in a week, but around the 90-day mark I started noticing real changes. My energy shifted, the inflammation started coming down, and my body finally felt like it was working with me instead of against me. Since then, I’ve continued supporting my body in a deeper way, and the results have been unlike anything I experienced before — over 25 pounds of inflammation and visceral weight gone, around a 17% shift in body fat, and my metabolic age going from 43 to 28. But more than anything, I finally feel like myself again.
And to be clear, this didn’t replace the foundation I had already built. I still prioritize clean supplements, non-toxic skincare and makeup, and simple, supportive routines. Those things matter and always will. But for me, I needed something that helped my body actually respond to all of it.
