This is the part of my blueprint I held the most judgement about for the longest time — and the part that ended up changing everything.
I started my clean living journey about 8 years ago, and what began as small, intentional changes quickly turned into questioning everything. Ingredients, products, food, lifestyle… one by one, things started to unravel.
At the same time, my body was struggling in ways I couldn't ignore. I was dealing with severe gut issues, PCOS, MTHFR, constant inflammation, and weight that wouldn't budge no matter how "clean" I ate. My stomach hurt almost every time I ate, and something as simple as going out to dinner started to feel overwhelming.
I remember feeling so isolated in moments that were supposed to feel normal — like birthdays, dinners with friends, or just being able to enjoy food without thinking about it.
The $150,000 search for answers
Over the last few years, I've invested at least $150,000 trying to figure out what was going on. Testing, protocols, doctors, treatments… I tried it all.
Some things helped a little along the way, but nothing actually shifted what was happening in my body. It felt like I was doing everything "right" and still not getting answers, which is one of the most frustrating places to be. I kept feeling like there had to be something deeper going on, something I was missing.
The shift I didn't see coming
In July 2025, I decided to try something I'd judged for a long time: peptides.
And I'll be honest — I had so much judgement. I'd heard the stories, the side effects, the people who quit after a week, the warnings — and I'd written the whole category off. But when I finally sat down and educated myself, I realized something:
Most of the bad stories I was hearing weren't a peptide problem. They were a not listening to your body problem. People going too fast. Ignoring signals. Treating peptides like a switch instead of a conversation.
That's not how I do this.
I started slow. Really slow. I muscle tested, I journaled how I felt, and I checked in with my body every single day — letting it lead instead of forcing the protocol.
For the first time, my body actually began to respond. Not overnight, not in a week, but around the 90-day mark I started noticing real changes. My energy shifted, the inflammation started coming down, and my body finally felt like it was working with me instead of against me.
What actually changed finally.
Over the months that followed, my body started doing what nothing else had been able to unlock. The numbers tell part of the story — but the real shift was feeling like myself again.
