4 Ways to Shift Your Mindset

It is so wild how much our mindset affects our reality!

We can’t always control what is happening around us but we can control the way we respond, and do things to shift our mindset, when we start slipping into thoughts that aren’t going to serve us in a healthy way.

Here are a few ways I like to shift my mindset during those difficult situations.

  1. Pay attention to how you speak to yourself.

  2. Challenge your self talk. Is it even true? What is the evidence?

  3. When you hear your negative self talk, observe it and release it!

  4. Rephrase your negative self talk into a “positive” phrase.

    Words are so powerful!
