My Morning Detox Smoothie

Nourishing. Detox Support. Big results.

As I’ve been working toward my certification to become an Integrative Health Practitioner, I’ve started implementing changes that support the body from the inside out, and one of the most impactful has been the practice of liquid before lunch.

Why? When we wake up, we’re naturally in a state of dehydration and detoxification. Our body has spent the night clearing toxins, balancing hormones, and repairing cells. Flooding it with hydration, antioxidants, and gentle fiber in liquid form gives the digestive system a break, helps flush waste more effectively, and supports better energy and clarity, without reaching for more caffeine.

This isn’t just a detox smoothie. It’s a hydrating, gut-loving, anti-parasitic powerhouse that supports cellular health and daily detox pathways. With ingredients that are rich in fiber, prebiotics, and antioxidants, it’s become one of my favorite ways to start the day.
